I must say restaurant area was very large to accommodate many people for dining. Now $74 (Was $̶1̶2̶1̶) on Tripadvisor: Hotel Dhroov, Shimla. Overall, I suggest, if you are going Shimla, you must stay in this Hotel Dhroov.Stay exceptional, food to taste and service expeditious.A good retreat to our Shimla escapes.

I stayed in classic rooms. Appreciated that hotel is supporting to women empowerment as they are having good number of female staff members in hotel. Also the premium rooms are spacious and well laid out I would rate the property quite high among Shimla peers The Hotel staff is yet in learning mode on hospitality and need a bit of training Mr. Sachin sood, gm takes keen interest in Hotel standards which is nice to See,Nice Hotel with good staff and very good location.The hotel is well located, with the Mall Road. Washroom was also cleaned and hygienic.

Overall it was very nice experience for us, not outstanding or unforgettable but nice & pleasant memory. I book Hotel by Reading online reviews and trust me you will not regret. And it arrived after quit some time. They provide us 2 rooms which were interconnected which was a good experience for a family stay. We ordered combo meal. Room service was available 24 hours. It is also a bit far from the mall road but in a walkable distance. Whether it is housekeeping, restaurant or anything the employees are far poorly trained for a three star hotel. However, on pointing out that the tandoori roti was hard or the chicken was not very well cooked, the attendant's response was "hum banate nahin bas lekar aate hain". Room as well as bathroom was very spacious Loved the light fixtures, style of switches, bedding, sofas. I would love to stay there again if I visit Shimla.

All our guest rooms feature amenities like plush, custom bedding, stunning views and state of art interiors. Only negative we found: 1) Wifi was not connecting 2) Food. Very polite and humble staff that helped us a lot when our kid got sick late at night. Dini...Hospital in the vicinity (Less than 5 km),landmark shimla - With Elevator Access To Mall Road. The room provided was not with a good view.

I paid for a one day stay. It's a newly built Hotel Dhroov. Hotel does not have ceiling fans and as which can create some sense of discomfort if whether is hot. Above all I totally loved their service they provide.

With its convenient location, the property offers easy access to the city's must-see destinations.

Food quality they served was outstanding, breakfast has many varieties I totally enjoyed my stay here, at first I was staying for 2 days but then I decided to stay 1 more day just because their hospitality was at it's best I recommend everyone to stay in this Hotel if you ever visit Shimla.Hotel was super clean. I found room tariffs at higher side but food prices are reasonable. They took good care of my old aged parents. Breakfast was relatively better.
