The staffs are good and helpful. Food is awesome. The rooms offer a flat screen TV, and getting online is possible, as internet access is available, allowing you to rest and refresh with ease. We ordered food in the room which was not exceptional. We took a Family Room. Almost all the staff that we interacted seemed sad and grumpy. We took a Family Room. No smiles during the entire stay of 3 days, not even at check in or check out. It's located in the Mall road, opposite to High court of Himachal Pradesh. From the 4th floor you can have wide view of the beautiful city. Food was really tasty. This hotel can best be described as truly an expensive budget hotel offering practically nothing except rooms to sleep and a broken table tennis table.

It is next to Mall road so benefit is mall road is accessible easily but disadvantage you may need coolie to carry your luggage to Hotel as mall road is not accessible to car. There are ample options to stay in Shimla. It offers view as well. That is on Mall Road.
