Run to the end, turn left and collect the Moon.From the New Donk City Hall Plaza, use the Spark pylon on the right-hand side of the building. Instead of capturing the pylon, turn to the right. The easiest way up the wall is to use Cappy to take him over. Carefully ride the Scooter up the scaffolding’s stairs all the way to the roof.

Ride the Spark pylon up, turn left and jump on the umbrella to leap high enough to warp into the fork. Capture the rocket on the other side to head to a new area. Drop down to the front of City Hall and speak to Mayor Pauline. Head to the northeast corner of the roof and look down at the Heliport — there’s a dumpster on top of a tall pillar on the north side. Warp to the Tostarena Ruins Round Tower flag, then go stand next to the Glydon looking east. You’ll have to navigate a beam that’s swinging in the wind to get to it.You can get this moon either on the way to fight the Mechawiggler or afterward. Wall Jump up between the Tostarena buiding and the taller grey one, then plant the seed in the pot on a nearby rooftop. Inside, there's a 2D and 3D puzzle to collect notes.
