They use a cocoa powder and stevia for flavor and sweetening. Protein assists in building antibodies which can contribute to a healthy immune system. It’s a bit pricier than I was accustomed to paying for a 2lb tub but definitely worth it for a safer brand. Disappointed that now the price has risen sixty percent (!!!) Will not be purchasing again at this price.
