I’m not too sure how the job is changed now but I would recommend working there.Management wasn't good at all, they wouldnt let me go to school at all, and management was all over the place and wasnt helping anyone with anything..Good overall experience and work environment.

However about three months in to working at the job things went downhill from there as the management is running really bad and things aren’t so well. Customers loved the food.This was my first job and honestly it was on different experience than I expected. I did like work there at first but after a while I was ready to go & go somewhere where I felt more comfortable.Throughout my time working at burgerim, I was able to excel in my communication skills and working effectively under pressure. My favorite part of our experience was our amazing waitress and delicious drinks. The way they treat their employees is with the least bit of respect and the pay is unfair it a form of modern slavery.The burgers are amazing I suggest the California one . Typical fast food restaurant. The company needs to be careful who they let buy their franchises because a lot of them have no clue what they’re doing or how to run a business.Terrible owner. Useful

What are the steps along the wa…,It’s an ok job each location is owned independently so your experience could very depending on the location my location however wasn’t the best but it was still a decent job.The day goes fast but slow at the same time Easy work if you can’t do hard work, very small kitchen not much room to move around and it gets really hot in the kitchen.While the managers are friendly I found that working here it was very disorganized and there were barely enough hours to give. The kitchen does reach temperatures that are considerably warm but it was bearable.The job was decent; it was a little on the unorganized side.
