The Pioneer is an entry-level paddle board, but that doesn’t mean paddlers of all skill levels can’t enjoy it. This is in part due to the upgrades that BLACKFIN made vs the 2019 board, but also because of how many people absolutely loved the Model X last year. After I bought it, I was worried that I had acted too hastily, especially when I read some reviews about things like the paddle (which some people didn't like). Well, I was finally able to try it out at a houseboat party recently and am very pleased with my purchase. From the dozen other people I had paddle the board around only those who 1) didn’t hav… The paddle is a little heavy and true, will not float, but it is the quality I would expect with a package purchase. This inflatable paddle board is an all-star when it comes to functionality.

It’s not the fastest or most responsive but it will give you the best performance in the most variety of conditions. and I had no problem with balance or the board supporting my weight. It is sturdy, looks and moves well in the water, and the pumping up isn't too strenuous (all inflatables take a while to inflate all the way). We've used it numerous times now on the ocean, rivers and lakes, and it feels like you are on a raft verses a board. The board is very firm and stable when inflated. I felt reassured if I had any future problems Isle would handle them. Many people tried it and everyone loved it.
