Provincetown Theater will present its second annual Provincetown,Established last year by the Provincetown Theater, the first recipient, Tony-winning playwright,In a statement, Provincetown Theater Artistic Director David Drake said, “No one has blazed that trail with such searing intellect, compassion, and life-long diligence as Paula Vogel. Vogel was born in Washington, D.C., to Donald Stephen Vogel, an advertising executive, and Phyllis Rita (Bremerman), a secretary for the United States Postal Service Training and Development Center. To the arts in the United States, she is a true American hero.”,“What a thrill, what an honor to receive the second annual PAPA award,” added Vogel.
