The rooms are so cold and won't survive without an heater.

Other than a good service it has other advantages such as it directly opens up to the Mall road and has a separate lift from the parking. The Solo Lounge bar is the best bar if its kind in Shimla . The hotel staffs are very decent and cordial. One is Continental on the top level and another on a lower level is for Indian food.
